Licence
Single-User License: you purchase INVEST-PRO for use by a single user; you
are granted by C.I.V. Inc. a non-exclusive, limited license for one (1) individual to
access the Software on a single computer located within the geographic boundaries of your
country (except when use is permitted on a temporary basis for travel outside of your
country). You are permitted to make one (1) backup copy of the Software as an archival
copy. You may also use your backup copy to replace the Software in the event that the
Software loaded on the licensed computer is lost or is damaged and rendered unusable,
however, your use of the replacement copy of the Software will be subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in this Agreement. You may not make any copies of printed materials
or any on-line materials, including user documentation provided or made available to you
in connection with the Software (if any).
Software Protection
INVEST-PRO
is protected by a security code that is generated by the INVEST-PRO server at the time of
the installation of the Software. To proceed with this, the user must be connected to the
Internet at the time of installation of the Software. The security system registers the
user’s identification in a manner that allows the user to reinstall the Software as
needed. In such a case, the user must identify himself in order for the server to confirm
registration of the Software. The user may not install this Software on more than one (1)
computer simultaneously.
